Travel PT Home Health jobs in Fayetteville, NC are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, seeing 6 clients daily in their homes.
You must have an active North Carolina PT license and home health experience. Responsibilities include conducting in-home mobility assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing functional rehabilitation, and documenting care using Home Care Home Base. You will focus on improving mobility, strength, and independence for clients in a community-based setting.
