Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,535 to $2,735 per week in New Haven, CT

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current license for state where practicing
• BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 14 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Setting: outpatient orthopedics
