Ability to manage a case load independently
Experience with patient types including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, multiple trauma, hip fractures, and more
Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
Description:
This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including medically complex and debilitating patients.
You will provide care for patients recovering from surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures.
Experience with pediatric patients and neuro-specific diagnoses is required.
Support within the department will be available from supervisors, assistant directors, and peer therapists.
Routine duties will include managing a full caseload and participating in the department's collaborative efforts.
A general hospital orientation, along with departmental and site-specific training, will be conducted.
No weekend coverage is required for this outpatient position, and there will be no on-call responsibilities.
Holiday requirements are not applicable to this position.
The dress code consists of professional attire suitable for outpatient settings.
