Support within the department will be available from supervisors, assistant directors, and peer therapists. Routine duties will include managing a full caseload and participating in the department's collaborative efforts. A general hospital orientation, along with departmental and site-specific training, will be conducted. No weekend coverage is required for this outpatient position, and there will be no on-call responsibilities. Holiday requirements are not applicable to this position. The dress code consists of professional attire suitable for outpatient settings.
