Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services in a primarily outpatient setting, with inpatient coverage as needed
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day
  • Apply general PT and orthopedic skills across both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, with Epic charting experience preferred
  • Work independently, manage caseload efficiently, and adapt to changing clinical demands
  • Adhere to business casual attire standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • NPI number required - candidates without one must initiate the application process prior to start
  • Minimum experience in general PT and orthopedics; both inpatient and outpatient experience required
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (radius rule expires 9/25)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with Epic electronic health records
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a dynamic clinical environment
