Tuesdays are off with no weekend work required. This role involves outpatient therapy only. The patient population is primarily adults and pediatrics with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Experience with electronic medical records systems, specifically EPIC, is needed. Daily patient load is approximately 75 to 90. The clinician will not be required to float within the facility. No on-call duties are expected for this position. Pending licenses are accepted, but local candidates will not be considered. The job requires various skills including adaptive device usage, patient family education, safety and injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Key responsibilities may involve patient assessment, individualized program development, and discharge planning. Candidates must demonstrate excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
