Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult outpatient population
Deliver specialized lymphedema treatment and management using certified lymphedema therapy techniques
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with clinical best practices
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records per facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
Lymphedema certification must be in hand at time of submission
Active Minnesota PT license required; pending licensure may be accepted
Active BLS certification required
Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract, in person in Minnesota
Candidates residing within 25 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an adult outpatient therapy setting
Familiarity with travel assignment compliance requirements and documentation processes
