The average patient census is 10-15 patients per day. This clinic schedules 30-minute intervals and dovetails patients. Complex evaluations will be 1 hour, while simple evaluations and treatments will be 30 minutes. Patient types and common diagnoses include general orthopedics, debility, stroke, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures. The department consists of 5 therapists, 1 Lead Therapist, 1 Office Coordinator, and 2 Rehab Aides on site. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. There is no weekend rotation or on-call schedule. Holiday expectations are none. Requests for time off can be approved under specific conditions. Scrub color consists of polos provided in teal and black, with a preference for slacks and clean shoes.
