Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 89-day assignment through November 21, 2026

Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Skills checklist completed within one year for Physical Therapy specialty
- Two professional references from the past three years, including one supervisor reference
- Completion of pre-employment health screenings including TB testing, immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza when applicable), physical exam, and drug screening
- California-required sexual harassment training completion
- Competency exam with 80% passing score and Joint Commission Core I, II, III modules
