Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
• Administer complex therapeutic exercises
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers in improving functional mobility
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides
• Ensure appropriate use of adaptive equipment
• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Valid Physical Therapy license in NC
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Oasis Assessment
• Experience with EMR - HCHB
