Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,432 to $2,632 per week in Marshall, MI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Michigan PT License must be uploaded with profile
• Active American Heart Association BLS is required
• 1+ year PT experience
• Skills Checklist: Physical Therapy, current to 1 year
• At least 1 supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years of employment

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday 9-530, or a 36 hour week may be considered with Fridays 9-130
• No weekend requirement
