Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with the plan of care
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
