Job/Unit Requirements: Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 Weeks Shift dates/schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Fridays Weekends Required: No License required: State License Required Certifications required: BLS # of years of experience required: MUST HAVE 1 YR OUTPATIENT PT EXPERIENCE Knowledge/Professional Skills: Home Exercise Program and Patient family education Skills required: Assessment Body Mechanics, Orthopedics (Cervicalgia, Low back pain , Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Spinal Condition, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement) NEUROLOGIC (Cognitive disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy , Parkinson s disease , Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury , Traumatic Brain injury) Will work with patients with: Ortho, Neuro, & Cardiac diagnoses, /p ortho aftercare, generalized weakness ***PT outpatient with some acute coverage in our hospital when needed or when there aren t outpatients scheduled so that they can get their hours.***
