Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Display valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a facility photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Washington State license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
  • Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
