Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,380 to $2,580 per week in Santa Fe, NM

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure.
• BLS certification from AHA required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Scheduled days: Friday - Tuesday.
• Weekend requirement: Yes.
• On-call requirement: No.
• Floating required to inpatient rehab and acute settings.
• Dress code: Uniform top issued.
