Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain valid state physical therapy licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements
• Carry and display a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a registry or contract therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
