Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with facility standards
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license - a permanent state license is required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet facility credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
30-day notice required at end of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
