Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,338 to $2,538 per week in Reedsport, OR

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Ability to work primarily in an outpatient caseload
• Oregon license required by start, or must apply immediately upon acceptance if obtaining Oregon licensure

Assignment Details

• Four 10-hour days per week
• Tuesday is a required day off
• Setting includes inpatient and outpatient, with the majority of the caseload in outpatient care
