GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies
  • Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 38 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
