Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation and goals
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada (permanent license required)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
Expected 40 hours per week; 32 hours per week expected during holiday weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
