Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Maintain an active Physical Therapist license as required for the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license - a permanent state license is required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to fulfill contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Expected weekly hours of 40; holiday weeks expected at 32 hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
