Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,317 to $2,517 per week in Dallas, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Care Home Base experience
• Home health experience
• Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients
• Licensed physical therapist able to practice in Texas
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Weekend requirement: 1 weekend monthly
• Coverage area: Dallas
• Responsibilities include admission visits, OASIS visits, and treatment visits
