Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,312 to $2,512 per week in Nutley, NJ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with HCHB/POINT CARE is required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekend work is optional
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from the second to the last patient
• Responsibilities include start of care, patient evaluations, revisits, reevaluations, and discharge
• Coverage areas include Newark, Nutley, Bellville, and Bloomfield
