Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards prior to assignment start
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code and operational policies as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required (Washington State or Compact License accepted; WA and AK Compact licenses eligible)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet contract credentialing and QA requirements prior to start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
