Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and contractual standards
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (Compact License accepted for WA)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Must meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements before start of assignment
Candidates who have worked in a permanent or PRN capacity at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel therapy experience
Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation
Strong documentation and time-management skills
