Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,299 to $2,499 per week in Louisville, GA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Documentation must be completed within 24 hours

Assignment Details

• Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10
• Monday–Thursday, 9–10 hour days
• No weekends required
• Float position with Louisville as the primary location and another nearby location as the secondary
• Expected patient volume is approximately 8–9 patients per day
• Evaluation to follow-up ratio is approximately 1:8
