Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations in a critical access hospital setting
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, general back pain, and neck pain
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a critical access or rural hospital environment
Pediatric (PEDS) therapy experience
