Physical Therapist (PT) – Tomah & Sparta, WI | Skilled Nursing Facility | 13-Week Contract
Well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team serving Tomah and Sparta, WI. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and complete a 13-week travel assignment.
Position Highlights:
13-week travel contract
Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Split coverage between Tomah and Sparta

Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
Previous SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
