Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,288 to $2,488 per week in Kingston, NY

Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Kingston, NY, providing home health services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required prior to start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience required. Experience using Homebase is preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned coverage area, including Kingston and south of Kingston regions in Ulster County.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior homecare physical therapy experience.
• Experience with Homebase scheduling/documentation platform.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• On-call/weekend requirement: No on call. One weekend per month required.
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient, starting point from Kingston office location.
• Coverage area: Starting in Kingston and south of Kingston region for Ulster County. Floating within the coverage area may be required.
