Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's required by client).
  • Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
  • Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience performing home health admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patient providers.
  • Comfort with travel within coverage area including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester and Queen Anne's counties.
  • Independent contractor resource type acceptable to client.
  • Preferred: prior home health or community-based therapy experience. (Preferred items are not required.)
