The average number of patients seen per day is 5-6. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 points. Contractors must meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. Expectations include accepting every patient on the schedule, regardless of distance. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for travel between patient homes. The role requires willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the assigned clinic. Home health experience is essential for this position. Candidates must be open to on-call rotations as required. Local candidates are accepted.
