Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy interventions designed to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and maximize independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, strengthening, and mobility interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Promote patient safety and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current BLS Certification preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or outpatient experience preferred.
