Position Details (PT):

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required
• Full-time, Monday Friday (no weekends)
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week (excluding first and last weeks)
• Clinician is expected to report to the office when not fully scheduled to maintain hours
• EMR: Netsmart
• Coverage Area: Globe, Arizona and surrounding areas
