If a positive result is obtained, review will be conducted if a nicotine patch has been prescribed. Reports with no legitimate reason for positive nicotine/cotinine will lead to contract cancellation. The care setting is outpatient orthopedic. Shifts are scheduled for four 10-hour days with no weekend or holiday shifts. On-call duties are not required. Dress code consists of polos and professional athletic pants (athleisure).
