Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding recovery goals and therapeutic exercises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred.
