Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,255 to $2,455 per week in Tucson, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Arizona license required to start the assignment, or compact eligibility

Assignment Details

• Short-term assignment through the end of October
• Float to other Tucson-area locations may be required to complete a 13-week assignment
• 30 day notice requested
