There is an urgent opening for a Physical Therapist Assistant. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week. The setting is outpatient. The caseload consists of general orthopedics, including hips, knees, shoulders, back, and neck. There may be occasional neuro/CVA patients. Typically, there are 8 to 12 patients per day. Evaluations are conducted for 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes. The electronic medical record system used is WebPT. No weekends or call duty is required. The clinic is closed on holidays. This is not a high-volume therapy setting, allowing for one-on-one patient care.
