Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,238 to $2,438 per week in Tucson, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• AZ PT license required to start.
• CPR (Basic) required to start.
• Completed Orientation Documents required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8 hours.
• Most weeks will be Monday - Friday.
• Coverage includes 2 weekend shifts per month with a flex day during the week.
