Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and quality assurance requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Nevada state license required
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Must meet contract quality assurance and credentialing requirements before starting assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
Strong documentation skills and ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
