Evaluate and treat patients for rehabilitation programs. Utilize Electronic Medical Records to complete evaluations and reports. Guide and monitor patient care during treatment and follow-up. Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in patient care. Communicate with physicians to ensure quality patient care. Maintain accurate patient chart documentation. Ensure patient comfort and address questions as needed. Collaborate with front office staff on scheduling and patient follow-up. Make independent decisions regarding patient care. Participate in business marketing and referral processes when necessary. Follow HIPAA policy and procedures. Be familiar with billing policies related to different payment types.
