Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,220 to $2,420 per week in Salem, AR

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Salem, AR supporting home health patients. Provide evaluations, reassessments, start-of-care visits, and treatment visits to patients in their homes while working within a 50-mile coverage radius. You will document care in a timely manner consistent with agency policy.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment.
• Home health experience required.
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to complete thorough documentation within 24 hours is preferred.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Salem, AR during work shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Efficiency in documentation and prioritization of thorough, quality care visits.
• Experience managing productivity expectations similar to 24–30 weekly points.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800–1600 (Monday–Friday schedule indicated).
• Weekly hours: open to 32–40 hours per week.
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
• Coverage area: 50 mile radius surrounding Salem.
• No weekend or on-call requirement.
• Dress code: blue scrubs.
