Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Lynnwood, WA 98037

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Lynnwood, Washington

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. 89-day assignment through January 9, 2027.

Requirements:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Washington State

• Comprehensive credentialing including background checks, immunizations, drug screening, and competency assessments
