Travel PT Home Health jobs in Falls Church, VA offer a 13-week assignment with 8-hour days Monday through Friday and 40 hours per week. You will complete 5 to 6 home visits daily, provide skilled physical therapy services, and document care in Homecare Home Base. This role requires an active Virginia PT license and prior Home Health experience.
