Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions across a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
May provide Home Health and Pediatric therapy services for candidates with applicable experience
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Missouri or a Compact State
BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient care settings
New graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in Home Health therapy services
Experience working with Pediatric patient populations
Prior experience in a rural or Critical Access Hospital environment
