Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contractual requirements prior to assignment start
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license - a permanent state license is required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet facility credentialing requirements, including completion of documentation outside of standard clearance processes

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel therapy experience
Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings
