Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy best practices and facility protocols
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements throughout the contract period
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license required
Experience in an outpatient therapy setting
Must meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
If licensure is pending, proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking
Start date must align with active license status at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
