Description: This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy services in an acute care setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a requirement to work 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks, either Saturday or Sunday. Candidates should be experienced in treating a variety of conditions, including trauma, cardiopulmonary issues, orthopedic cases, and neurological disorders. Ideal candidates will have experience managing acute patient care, specifically those recovering from strokes, open heart surgeries, or multiple traumas. You may be required to float to nearby facilities. Experience in using adaptive devices and performing assessments is crucial. Providers must be able to effectively communicate patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Positions require adherence to safety protocols and patient care standards.
