Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes
Adhere to facility dress code and operational policies as communicated upon start
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (permanent license required - compact licensure alone is not sufficient)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Expected 40 hours per week; expected 32 hours per week during holiday weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
