Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Washington, PA 15301
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Washington, Pennsylvania
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Assignment duration of approximately 13 weeks.

Requirements:- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- No new graduates; prior experience required
- Current skills checklist completed within one year for physical therapy specialty
- Comprehensive credentialing including background checks, drug screening, health screenings, and immunization records
- Pennsylvania-specific requirements: PA Patch and PA Department of Aging Fingerprints
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to patient-centered care
