Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care through evaluation and treatment of outpatient populations as the primary focus of this role
  • Deliver physical therapy services across multiple outpatient sites within the supported therapy network
  • Evaluate and treat inpatients including those in the emergency room, acute care, and patients transitioning home from PACU
  • Participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotation as applicable
Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Vermont or eligibility to obtain
  • Demonstrated ability to perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Ability to work across multiple care settings including outpatient and inpatient environments
  • Flexibility to participate in rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
  • Experience treating acute care or post-surgical patient populations
  • Comfort working in satellite or multi-site clinic environments
