Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 30 points per week.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to use the EMR: Home Care Home Base preferred.
  • Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard mileage rate; reliable vehicle required for travel between patient locations.
  • Weekend coverage: ability to work approximately one weekend per month, as needed (may not be necessary).
  • Home health experience is preferred but candidates new to the setting will be considered.
  • Interview available via Teams or other video call.
